MCA Testing Online Item Samplers

The Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment (MCA) will be given to third through sixth grade students online.  Please visit the Minnesota Department of Education site for Online Item Samplers.  You can use this site to help your child become familiar with the online MCA test.

Wellness Policy
Saint Paul Public Schools has a Wellness Policy. This policy provides nutrition and physical education guidelines to help our schools become healthier places for our children.  Please note that families are requested NOT to send food such as sweets, cakes, and cupcakes for birthday celebrations.   We have many children who are allergic to ingredients found in these items and it makes for hurt feelings when those children are excluded from joining in on the celebration.  Acceptable foods and other nonfood suggestions include: fruits, vegetables, yogurt, stickers, and pencils. Children should NOT bring the following items to school; they will be confiscated and thrown away: candy, gum, pop, “juice” drinks with high fructose corn syrup, and bags of chips or fritos larger than a single serving.

School Lunch Program
Our lunch menu mirrors the district schedule with the exception of dates where our calendars conflict. Access the district school lunch program at the Nutrition Services site. Lunch payments may be made at Crossroads Cafeteria or online at the SPPS Online Store
