Talking Rocks
In this unit, students continue to work with symbols. They are introduced to Artist Ernest Whiteman and is artwork. Students are expected to write a personal narrative, create visual and tactile symbols related to their personal narrative and use the symbols as a means of embellishing the final project, a clay rattle.
